WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Another apartment complex in Wilmington is forced to remove residents because of storm damage. Still Meadow Village sent out eviction notices to residents Friday evening.
The letter says the complex is required to evict every person in a top floor unit plus certain other units, even if they do not have damage.

The letter also says residents have to be out by Tuesday. Residents were told they will get a refund for their October rent within 10 days of moving out.
