Tornado damage near Onalaska and Seven Oaks

HOUSTON — Areas north of Houston took the brunt of today’s severe weather threat. It’s too early to tell how strong the winds were, but this tornado did damage near Onalaska and Seven Oaks today.
The KHOU11 Weather Team was tracking the rotation inside the storm…
The immediate Houston area missed most of the rain today. We may see a few showers tonight (20%-30% chance) before we clear out on Thursday.
A light north breeze won’t cool us off, but it will drop the humidity and make for a nice Thursday evening.

Thursday we will see the sunshine return. With that sunshine, get ready for a quick warm up… if you are keeping track of the days… Keep an eye on the temperatures on Friday. We could be warming up quite a bit!
A dry cool front will drop the humidity and make for a much more comfortable weekend.
