Relief Gang has been on the move since the beginning of hurricane season, providing Houston and surrounding areas with tarps for homes in an effort to help people restore property, warm meals, and means of safety from floodwater.
Relief Gang was started by Houston Hip-Hop artist and philanthropist, Trae Tha Truth and Houston-based DJ, and Record Producer, DJ Mr.Rogers. In the midst of Hurricane Harvey, Trae could be seen on boats and monster trucks rescuing people trapped in their homes, according to his website.
Relief Gang recently made a trip to Lake Charles to assist with the damage caused by Hurricane Laura.
