Tropical Storm Grace is moving westward through the Gulf and is forecast to hit Mexico, according to a National Hurricane Center forecast. As of the NHC’s Tuesday morning advisory, the storm was nearing Jamacia with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph. In order to upgrade to a hurricane, winds need to be at least 74 mph.
