These are some of the photos and videos you sent in throughout weekend storms.
It was an active weather day Saturday that lasted well into Sunday morning.
There were several tornado warnings, severe thunderstorm warnings and flash flood warnings. And throughout the severe weather, we were seeing photos and videos from viewers.
We’ll start in the Clear Lake area, where trees were taken down by high wind. These photos were sent in by Carla Ruotsi through the Near Me feature of our app.
There were tornado warnings on the north side of town in the afternoon. Harris, Montgomery and Liberty counties were under warnings for hours. And it was on the north side where what appears to be a tornado was spotted. This video was tweeted by Tony McKay.
The sun setting didn’t slow things down. In fact, that’s when more tornado and severe thunderstorm warnings were issued. These are some of the videos that were sent to us.
