A major cleanup effort is underway in Southern California following Hilary, the first tropical storm to hit the region in nearly a century. Crews have been working around the clock digging up vehicles buried in mud and working to restore power and assess damage. CBS News’ Carter Evans reports from hard-hit San Bernardino County.
