SWMD will not collect garbage, yard or tree waste or recycling on Friday. Instead, the department plans to collect garbage from its Friday route on Saturday. Recycling, yard and tree waste will be collected on residents’ next scheduled collection day.
All solid waste facilities and administrative offices will be closed Friday except for Neighborhood Depositories.
Normal SWMD collection services will resume on Monday, May 20.
