HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Did you have any damage from Saturday’s severe weather in Southeast Texas? The Texas Division of Emergency Management wants to know about it.

They’ve set up an online form through the Individual State of Texas Assessment Tool to help assess the extent of property damage in the region. The form is available in both English and Spanish.

The form will ask you several things, like whether the damage was to a residence or business, where the property is located, whether you have insurance, and whether you need cleanup assistance, among other things. You will also be asked to submit clear photos of the damage you are reporting.

“This helps identify immediate resource needs,” TDEM said in a post on X.
