Sturgill Simpson announces benefit show for NC hurricane relief
Sturgill Simpson has announced a special benefit concert supporting disaster relief efforts in the state on Oct. 21 at Booth Amphitheatre.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to the North Carolina Disaster Relief Fund, which supports Hurricane Helene relief efforts. There is a ticket pre-sale on Thursday, Oct. 10 at 10 a.m. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Oct. 11 at 10 a.m. Get ticket information Sturgill Simpon’s official website.
Simpson was originally scheduled to perform at Asheville’s ExploreAsheville.com Arena on Oct. 21, but that show was canceled due to Hurricane Helene’s devastation.
Simpson was already scheduled to perform on Oct. 22 at Booth Amphitheatre as part of his “Why Not? Tour.” That show will continue as scheduled.
