Hurricane Idalia makes landfall as Category 3 storm

Hurricane Idalia has come ashore in Florida’s Big Bend region as a powerful Category 3 storm, bringing a life-threatening storm surge with it. CBS News’ David Begnaud and Omar Villafranca are in Florida with the latest on conditions there. And CBS New York meteorologist Lonnie Quinn has more on what the storm could do next.
