Potential "Ophelia" tropical storm spurs warnings from Carolinas to Delaware
What could soon be Tropical Storm Ophelia is moving closer to the U.S. East Coast, the National Hurricane Center said, and a tropical storm warning is in effect from Cape Fear, North Carolina, to Fenwick Island, Delaware.
