National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration forecasters said Thursday it’s now more likely that the 2019 Atlantic hurricane season will include above-normal hurricane activity. CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Three lucky dogs from Louisiana are settling in at the Humane Society of Charlotte following Hurricane Barry.
