The wildfire that started near King Ranch Thursday afternoon has been contained. The fire, which spread to more than 200 acres, was 95% contained by Thursday night, according to the Texas Wildlife Incident Response System. Kingsville Volunteer Fire Department battles wildfire at King Ranch

Kingsville emergency crews responded to a wildfire at the King Ranch Thursday afternoon. Volunteer fire department crews responded to the fire around 1:30 p.m., a spokesperson for the department said.
