SPRING, Texas — A worker fell to his death at Splashtown Friday afternoon, Harris County Sheriff’s deputies said. Officials said the male worker reportedly fell from a structure. Deputies said it appears his death was accidental. Sources told KHOU 11 News construction is going on at the water park where workers are adding a new slide. The park is currently closed and scheduled to open the first weekend of May. ALSO ON KHOU.COM

SPRING, Texas (FOX 26) — Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies are conducting an investigation after a worker fell from a structure at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor SplashTown and died. The initial investigation indicates the death was accidental. The water park is located on the North Freeway between East Louetta Road and Spring Cypress Road in northwest Harris County.

The incident was reported at 3:20 p.m.  Deputies say the victim possible fell from one of the slides in the water park. Officials are investigating the cause of the incident. PASADENA, Texas — The National Weather Service confirms that some of the damage from Sunday’s storms was caused by a tornado. The EF-1 tornado touched down in Pasadena on Shaver Road near Fairmont Parkway.  Air 11 flew over the damage on Monday. MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — The National Weather Service says a second tornado has been confirmed from  yesterday’s storms, this one in Montgomery County.  It hit in the town of Montgomery. The NWS says it was an EF-0, which has winds between 65 and 85 miles per hour. There is no word of injuries. A tornado touched down in Pasadena on Sunday. It was an EF-1, which had winds between 86 and 110 miles per hour. …
