DICKINSON, TX – The recent heavy rainfall has posed a flooding threat to some Dickinson homeowners. Early Tuesday morning, water rose around Hughes Rd Elementary School. Moderate street flooding caused delays for parents dropping children off, but no vehicles stalled.
