As flooding risk continues, San Antonio-area park officials caution against tubing
The fun, summer water activities should be placed on hold – for now – at the Guadalupe River. On Wednesday, the Guadalupe River State Park officials shared on Facebook they do not recommend swimming or tubing at this time.
