Wave Transit cancels bus routes ahead of Hurricane Florence. (Source: WECT) WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Wave Transit suspends bus services as they prepare for Hurricane Florence. The transit authority tweeted Wednesday morning that bus service will end at noon.
